Afsar joined Kruger Cowne in 2018 as a finance officer, overseeing various tasks, from bookkeeping to payroll processing to all finance responsibilities. In 2022, he was then promoted to Finance Director. Over the years working in a finance function, Afsar has built solid vital organisational skills, generating comprehensive weekly and monthly management reports for the CEO and implementing many meticulous financial strategies and processes to ensure the company’s financial health and sustainability are optimal. This has allowed him to guide financial decisions to support the company’s growth and success.
Before joining the team, he contributed financial skills to organisations across various sectors, including Recruitment, Education and Social funding.
Outside of his professional endeavours, Afsar enjoys travelling, spending time with his family, and working with various charities to support multiple projects that help make a difference in the lives of the young and old worldwide.
