Annah Haugh started professionally cooking at Cathal Brugha Street, Dublin, almost 20 years ago. AnnaтАЩs apprenticeship took place at LтАЩEcrivain in Dublin and she went on to work in Paris for Gualtiero Marchesi. When Anna first moved to London she worked with Shane Osborn at Philip Howard. She was a director of foods and head chef for Rocket Food before becoming Head Chef at London House for Gordon Ramsay.
Anna opened Myrtle in 2019. One of her ambitions was to introduce the people of London to a sophisticated taste of Ireland. The restaurant uses Irish produce, which is the heartbeat of the menu.
