Now women represent over 30% FTSE350 directors, up from less than ten percent. Helena Morrissey has been described by Fortune magazine as one of the worldтАЩs 50 Greatest Leaders and was the Financial Times Person of the Year in 2017.
Helena Morrissey now chairs three financial services firms, including Fidelis Insurance which is listed on the NYSE, and the Diversity Project, where she has spearheaded an award-winning programme to develop more female portfolio managers, still just 12.5% of the total.
