Shaun Rankin

Michelin-starred chef, restaurateur and broadcaster Shaun Rankin is one of Britain’s most accomplished culinary voices — and one of its most engaging speakers on food, creativity, and building a world-class business from a small island.

Yorkshire-born Shaun has held a Michelin star since 2005. He built his reputation in Jersey, where his flagship Ormer restaurant and Don Street Deli became island institutions, and in London at Ormer Mayfair at Flemings Mayfair hotel. His cooking combines classical technique with bold flavour — a philosophy he brings to life on stage with stories from three decades at the top of a notoriously unforgiving industry, and from regular television appearances including the BBC’s Great British Menu.
