Andrea McLean is a high-profile British broadcaster, author, speaker and media coach.

In her 24-year career as a broadcaster Andrea has interviewed some of the biggest names in the business, including Oprah Winfrey, Beyoncé, Drew Barrymore, Michael Bublé and Ariana Grande.

Working alongside stellar guest panellists such as Goldie Hawn and Eva Longoria, Andrea hosted ITV’s ratings and multi award-winning live national Daytime chat show Loose Women for 13 years, bringing warmth, humour and journalistic skill to the small screen every lunchtime.

Andrea previously worked as a presenter and stand-in co-host of ITV’s breakfast news programme, GMTV for 11 years.

Known for her warm and generous hosting and speaking style, Andrea brings a positive energy to every event she works on, dedicating herself to ensuring that not only is the job done expertly and to the highest standard, but everyone involved has a great time as part of the team, the client is more than happy, and the audience has been part of something special.

Andrea was born in Scotland and grew up in Trinidad in the Caribbean. After moving to England, she finished her education, backpacked around the world then moved to London with everything she owned on the back seat of her car, sleeping on floors to pursue her dream of becoming a writer… Her persistence paid off; she is now the #1 Sunday Times Best-Selling author of: ‘This Girl Is On Fire, ‘Confessions of a Good Girl’, ‘Confessions of a Menopausal Woman’ and ‘You Just Need to Believe It’.

She has also invested in the tech world, bringing all her skills together through her AI platform. Andrea has trained her AI alter ego using her two decades of live broadcasting experience, plus every word of her best-selling books, masterclasses, coaching sessions and published articles, so that any question you’ve ever had about presenting yourself brilliantly is available whenever you need it.

Andrea LOVES a quiz! She is a fierce “Beat The Intro” player, and has so far triumphed on The Weakest Link, Tipping Point, Richard Osman’s House Of Games and Catchphrase.

She is a terrible dancer, an average cook, and her favourite hobby is staying up too late watching Netflix.
