Gary Marsh

Gary is no stranger to teaching and imparting knowledge . He originally qualified as a Physics and Maths Teacher. Gary has been involved with Motorsport for many years, having started in racing as a Junior Engineer in F1 in the late seventies and learning the essence of team work, cooperation and success. Throughout his career he has worked closely with people to improve their knowledge and skills and continues to do so whether it is behind the wheel or building and developing teams of efficient and productive people.

Gary is passionate about Motorsport and has a great ability to transfer the highly honed principles of winning teams to commerce and industry. He adopts a very friendly, relaxed and constructive approach to his presentations which is highly conducive to rapid learning. With many years of experience of individual ‘in car’ coaching, Gary can transfer his messaging and techniques to corporate workshops and motivational events.

Gary lectures on Motorsport to the pit crews and racing teams of the future at Wiltshire College and regularly provides presentations, motivational workshops and speeches to corporate clients nationwide.
