He gained recognition for his work in “Les Mans 66” with Matt Damon and Christian Bale, portrayed a complex character in BBC One’s “Time” alongside Sean Bean and Stephen Graham, and soared to new heights in Apple TV’s “Hijack.” Jack’s journey to stardom showcases his talent, determination, and a promising future in the industry.

Jack McMullen embarked on his entertainment career with a bang, making his television debut on Channel 4’s iconic soap opera, “Brookside.” His standout performances on the show earned him two prestigious British Soap Awards, one for Best Newcomer and another for Best On-Screen Partnership alongside co-star Sarah White.

Following his success on “Brookside,” Jack transitioned into the world of children’s television by joining the cast of the long-running BBC One series, “Grange Hill,” where he showcased his versatility and acting prowess from 2004 to 2008. Jack’s journey continued with appearances in various BBC One dramas, including “The Street,” “The Bill,” “Proper Messy,” “Doctors,” and “Moving On,” before landing another significant role in the beloved drama series, “Waterloo Road.”

After two impactful years at “Waterloo Road,” Jack’s career took a different turn as he embraced the challenge of live theatre. He delivered captivating performances in productions such as “Carthage” at the Finborough Theatre and “Kill Me Now” at Park Theatre, proving his versatility and dedication to the craft.

One of Jack’s most poignant roles came in the form of ITV’s drama series, “Little Boy Blue,” where he portrayed a pivotal character in the heartbreaking story of the murder of 11-year-old Rhys Jones in 2007.

However, it was the Hollywood blockbuster “Les Mans 66” that catapulted Jack McMullen into the spotlight. Sharing the screen with the likes of Matt Damon and Christian Bale, Jack showcased his talent on an international stage. Unfortunately, COVID temporarily halted his career, as it did for many in the industry.

But when opportunities arose once more, Jack seized them with determination and enthusiasm. He made a triumphant return to television in BBC One’s “Time,” where he worked alongside illustrious actors Sean Bean and Stephen Graham, delivering powerful performances.
