Michelin-starred chef Shaun Rankin is a renowned, published chef with TV accolades and a passion for food that combines the traditional with the extraordinary and textures with flavour. Shaun Rankin divides his time between London, where he runs the acclaimed Ormer Mayfair restaurant, and Jersey in the Channel Islands where he launched his flagship Ormer Restaurant and Don Street Deli. He is a down to earth and entertaining speaker and is highly sought after for private dinners, charity galas and cookery demonstrations.
